I’m a director and film writer often working on cultural projects related to cinema and new technologies. I work with several forms of new media, creating television commercials and documentaries for Italian channels like RaiSat ART and RaiSat Art Show. My first feature film – The Heritage of Cain with Filippo Timi – dates back to 2006. Since then I’ve travelled widely around Italy, collecting and telling stories with the caravan of ”Itinerant Cinema - Travelling Memories”, a cultural heritage project promoted by UNESCO.
In 2008, I decided to abandon everything (or almost) in order to become a beggar for a Rolex in my surplus needy project, for which I won a GAI award from the Young Italian Artists group.
In 2009 I joined the collective Action 30 co-producing in Bologna and Brussels, and directed the short film ”Grande Brasserie Cyrano”.
I recently opened Zerovideo, a communications agency working on commercials for businesses in a project commissioned by the Italian Office for Internal Affairs.
Over the past two years I’ve been a guest of the Paris-Villette Wip in two residencies for the documentary theatre project “Demande d’Asile”.
