Well, let’s see…
I’m a veteran of the African music video industry, working mainly with South African and Nigerian artists.
I studied fine art and music at university, both of which I adore. Music videos provided the perfect marriage of these two disciplines, but owing to “real life” pressures and an ever increasing addiction to camera equipment, I have moved into the more lucrative world of television commercials.
I also do a lot of post-production and animation for a variety of purposes, from AV projections for operas to commercials, corporates, music videos and passion projects.
I currently freelance as a director, editor, animator, compositor and am a resident commercials director at Bioscope Films in Cape Town.
When I’m not making film, you will find me hermitted away in my flat, painting and playing the guitar (though not at the same time).
